In this workshop, you will explore basic yoga poses and vocabulary so you can:
* Demystify yoga so you can safely attend a yoga class and start accessing the benefits of this ancient practice
* Learn the names of basic yoga poses
* Explore alignment so you can safely move in and out of basic poses
* Begin to deepen your mind/body/breath connection by learning basic meditation and breathing techniques
No prior yoga experience required, just a willingness to learn! Beginning a physical practice in consultation with your doctor is recommended.
