Working with a partner, you will learn ways of strengthening your core and increasing your core stability with additional support and assistance. New variations on familiar poses will include plank, tabletop, reverse tabletop, and downward facing dog. No prior yoga experience is required. No partner required to attend--just come willing to work closely with someone new!
